Prices:

All prices are quoted in euros plus the statutory value-added tax. In case of exceeding the period of 120 days between the conclusion of the contract and the start of the event, RGD Gaststätten GmbH reserves the right to make a price change, provided this is reasonable for the contracting partner. The basis for such a price change can only be circumstances that would lead to a loss of profit for RGD Gaststätten GmbH if not adjusted (in particular, an increase in the consumer index, an increase in production and personnel costs, an increase in purchase prices).

Order acceptance:

All offers are non-binding until the acceptance of the order.

Number of participants:

The client commits to inform RGD Gaststätten GmbH of the exact number of participants and the definitive choice of food and beverages in writing no later than 5 working days before the event. This information
